M's Game

Eric won tickets in a drawing at his company Christmas party and we went to the game together. The company's season tickets were right behind home plate. At the end of the game everyone started leaving their seats so Eric and I got as close as we could to take some pictures. It was pretty cool.

Then Wes and I went to another game. There were parachutes that floated into the stadium. It was awesome!

4th of July

Eric and I didn't make big plans for 4th of July this year. We decided to just stay near home. So we had our first 4th of July at home. On July 3rd we went to Emerald Downs which is near our house. We watched the horse races and then their was a big fireworks show afterwards put on by the Muckleshoot. On the 4th we had Tony and Susan over. We hung out in the yard, played in the sprinkler with Lena because it was really hot out, cooked some good food on the BBQ, and shot off some fireworks for Lena. We only bought a few small fireworks so we weren't expecting much of a show, but soon found out that people in our neighborhood spend a lot of money on fireworks. All we had to do was sit in our driveway and watch everyone else spend their money. It was great!
