Lena's First T-Ball Game

Lena had her first T-Ball game.
We had plans to be on the island so we went over early so we could see her game

It was very entertaining. For some reason Lena thought she was a lefty her first time at bat. Not sure why. She also seemed pretty bored with playing the outfield. But her range was amazing. She even made a play all the way from the outfield to the pitchers mound.I guess she still has a little to learn about playing her position :)

Trim Around the Ears & New Words

Tom's hair has been growing out a bit, but it is still not that long so I didn't want to give him a full hair cut. But he was starting to look like Bozo the Clown because his hair was standing out around his ears.  So I did a little trim around the ears.

Tom has been working on new words too. He says "hot", "hat" and "cat". He has also learned "up" which he loves to ask for all the time.

You can tell the he is taking in so much right now and wants to know what everything is. He really likes story time right now. He handed me the same book to read 6 times in a row because he liked it so much.
