New Year's at the Property
As always we went over to the property for New Year's thanks to the Wheeler's for letting us stay with them. Like always we had a great time. With such a mild winter there was only about 3 inches of snow when we showed up, but just in time for our New Year's Eve bonfire the snow started falling. It was perfect. There was about a foot and a half feet of snow that night. We had a hugs bonfire. So hot that we could hardly stand near it. We had a huge snowball fight, and after Richie giving me a lot of crap I full field tackled him. He didn't get up for a few minutes. It was a fun night. There was lots of talk about taking a little dip in the river in the morning. I though it was all talk, but apparently they weren't joking. So Eric, Sena, Sena's cousin and his girlfriend all jumped into the river in the morning and then ran and got in the hot tub. I thought they were crazy but they seemed to have fun.

Trailer
Rather than bringing the trailer back this winter, which is difficult to do with Eric's truck because it is on it's last leg, Eric built a temporary cover so that the snow would not crush it. So he made a quick trip over to build it. There was already some snow on the ground. Here are some pics from his trip.

Making Cookies
We had a bunch of people over for Wes' 18th birthday party. It was a fun day of video games and tons of food. Me and the kids took some time out of the video game fun and made some Christmas cookies.
